I have been looking for a sauna that offers the traditional wet/Finnish therapy for several years. The units I have found have been too expensive. There are advantages to the new infrared sauna's including price and some health benefits but there are some aspects to this type of infrared dry cleansing treatment that is not traditional and misses some healthful aspects of wet/Finnish sauna cleansing.

i found this blurb that does a great job discussing Vitamin A vs synthetic vitamin A. and should assist ones understanding when reading conflicting information on Vitamin A publicized by main stream communities.

Vitamin-A

I have had several reports on the use of fermented clo direct on the skin/psoriasis. And i found a book published in the late 1800's that discussed t clo applied to the skin was just as effective as ingested clo when used on children who had compromised digestive issues.

I have glanced over a book called 'Vitamin D in Dermatology' and there is some direct discussion on vitamin D directly interacting with skin cells and the use of various forms of vitamin D in treating dermatology issues. There are several types of psoriasis and some types react different than others.

If you are looking for outstanding quality beef products I highly recommend Jerry and Kathy Gotschall's . They are neighbors of mine and have a fantastic location in the Sand Hills of Nebraska. The Sand Hills enable the Gotschall's to provide our community with nutrient rich beef that is 100% grass fed and tender/sweet to the taste. The trick is to have lush pasture to finish the beef and this requires rapidly growing grass. The Sand Hills is situated 6ft above the ogallalla aquifer so the grass roots hang down in to the aquifer.

You will start to see new labeling on some of our products. We are converting some products display to reference a food (Sacred Food). I think this is the right thing to do in the long run for many reasons. Our products we make/sell have been considered sacred foods for many centuries in a broad spectrum of cultures. This change in some labels does not necessarily change the product and the label looks is similar.

We have introduced a new item that has been repeatedly requested by the RAW FOOD COMMUNITY. A Fermented Cod Liver Oil without any anti-oxidant, flavors ect. Plus this product introduces our new food label for the cod liver oil.

I receive several comments per month on the use of Fermented Skate Liver Oil related to the control of spider veins. Can i ask that anyone that uses this oil to take note to changes to your spider veins (if you have them) and drop me a email on the subject.
