To make our Concentrated Butter Oil, we only use butter made from milk produced by cows that have been grazing on rapidly growing green grass. Centrifugation is used to extract and concentrate the butter oil. Factors taken into consideration in the production of our Concentrated Butter Oil include the rate of grass growth, grass species, timing of grazing, climate, and extraction method.

In 1939 Dr. Weston A. Price published his book, Nutrition and Physical Degeneration. In this landmark book he introduced the benefits of concentrated butter oil. He discovered what he referred to as fat-soluble “activators”, which seemed to improved absorption of nutrients in nutrient deficient individuals.
