I wrote and earlier review about some of our family members having been diagnosed with cavities. To update, our cavities have not healed yet but they have not gotten worse (which we took as good news). The only thing we had done was add a low dose of this FCL and butter oil daily. Now, we are adjusting our food and adding higher, more frequent doses of this and the skate liver oil as suggested in Ramiel Nagel’s Cure Tooth Decay book.
*also, the dentist went on and on about the health of my teeth and gums for my age (37), was shocked that I haven’t used fluoride in nearly 15 years and said that he felt odd even giving me a cleaning because I didn’t seem to need it… he commented so many times that I started to feel embarrassed at the attention. He asked what I do for my teeth and I was able to share that it wasn’t anything dramatic, just addressing my body’s ability to absorb essential nutrients through FCLO.
I believe that my cavities will harden and heal with more focus on what I do and do not eat.
