This is an excellent product with real results. I notice more energy as well as improvement with bones, eyes, teeth, and great sources of Vitamin A & D. I love how this product is aligned with Nourishing Traditions. I love the cinnamon flavor oil. I do not take Vitamin D anymore as one does not know how that supplement works in our body through time.
