We started taking the cinnamon flavor about a month ago and really like the taste of the cinnamon and feel like it’s doing good things. Our goal in taking it is to improve dental health and overall health. The verdict is out on the dental health although I have a developing cavity that has not worsened. I have taken the fermented cod liver oil with concentrated butter oil capsules for years and have loved the results. But I finally summoned the taste bud courage to try the gel. To say I was nervous would be stating it too simply. When I ordered it and it came, it took me a few days to steel myself to trying it. I was happily surprised that it’s not bad! I hedged my bet by ordering the cinnamon and am happy I did. It is great! With the cinnamon flavor it combines with the cod liver oil which makes it super mild in my opinion, it still has a little oily texture (because after all, it is an oil) but does not cling to my mouth like some others I have tried. I will definitely order the gel going forward!
