I use it every single day together with my husband; I picked unflavoured option because I did not want to mix anything else to the pure vitamins this oil is. The taste actually is not bad, maybe in the beginning but then you really get used to it. It actually tastes good; the most important thing is that it is so rich in natural vitamins you really don’t need any other A&D supplements when you take this – this produt is the bets. I haven’t filled any cavities in my teeth since I have been taking it and also even if I got sick a few times, the symptoms were so light comparing to how it used to be, it is a joke. Really good product!
