This is an excellent product with real results. I notice more energy as well as improvement with bones, eyes, teeth, and great sources of Vitamin A & D. I love how this product is aligned with Nourishing Traditions. I love the cinnamon flavor oil. I do not take Vitamin D anymore as one does not know how that supplement works in our body through time. Fermented Cod Liver Oil is the way.

Highly recommend the Cinnamon flavor to EVERYONE. I so look forward to my daily spoon of Cinnamon Blend!! My 1 year old very much enjoys the Chocolate flavor and I use it as a “chocolate syrup” alternative over ice cream for the kids. Total mom win!!
