Love the effects! My skin is ridiculously smooth, soft, and hydrated; I don’t need to use topical products because my skin care routine is from the inside out with this magical blend. Teeth sensitivity goes away when I keep up with this. Tried the cinnamon flavor, no fishy taste. But I don’t think I’m much of a cinnamon fan so I’m excited to try out the other options. I love this cod liver oil+butter blend! It does have a slightly fishy taste/aftertaste, but seriously, for what it is, it is pretty darn mild. I decided I’d be willing to accept that for the benefits, and I was pleasantly surprised by the mildness. When I have heavy cream on hand, I just have a spoon of that afterward, and it wipes out any fishy-ness. (Guessing the fat in the cream binds well with the fat in the butter oil. Anyway it’s effective!) Or I eat chocolate right after and that handles it. 😉 All good! Thanks, Green Pasture! I’m actually looking forward to my next dental checkup—never thought I’d say that!
